Problem while maintaining application area for PS in Tcode GCX2

Hello All,

 

I have created one validation user-exit in GGB0 for PS(Project System) followed the steps as follows:

 

1)  Copied RGGBR000 to ZRGGBR000  .

2)  added exit-name  , title ,parameter none  .

 

But, while maintaining the entry in table T80D using TCODE GCX2,

 

which application area we have to maintain for PS(Project system) along with the Zcustom program(ZRGGBR000) as GBLR and GBLS are related to FI?

 

Do we have to use same application area as FI  for PS or any other application area other than GBLR and GBLS ?

 

Could you please guide us for the same  .

Enhancement MM06E005 to manage dir transfer form PR to PO

Hi experts!!

 

We have some code in exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_017 to decide when PO is created from PR -> which dirs should be transferred from PR to PO.

Our problem is that automatically all dirs attached to PR are transferred to PO. We have found FUNCTION 'DOCUMENT_ASSIGNMENT_REFRESH'.

that resets all position´s dirs. Anyway, is there any function to reset only the dirs associated to the position which is treated in this exit?

Perhaps there is another badi or user exit to do what we need.

trying to find an enhancement/exit point in pricing routine to make it calculate z condition types

Hi Experts,

 

I am working on a scenario where I have created some new condition type say ZNEW and storing the price against it in a z table. I want the pricing procedure to calculate also ZNEW and provide me the NET PRICE.

 

One place where i could find is in the perform XKOMV_BEWERTEN in pricing function module?

 

Is there any other better way to do???

Exits/BADI for LI21

Hi All,

 

   Can anybody help me in finding the enhancement for transaction LI21.

 

When multiple users are trying to access same physical inventory document in LI21,i have to lock that record

and give error message if other user trying to access the same record.

On PGI move stock from QI to UR and give UD.

     Hello people!

 

     I have got a requirement to do like below :

 

     For Subcontracting PO outbound delivery we have moved stock to QI . But this stock should not be in UR before PGI as we want to reserve the stock specific for Subcontracting PO only.

 

On PGI of this delivery we want to move stock from QI to UR and if this happens successfully PGI doc number is generated -> then UD should be given.

 

If there is some problem during stock movement from QI to UR - PGI should not done.

Can anyone suggest me how can I achive it?

Need to add field " Programme Name " in VA01/02/03 under the TAB Additional Data at HEADER LEVEL.

 

1) It should be mandatory field for sales tpye Z***

2) Value should be picked from list for which we need separate table.

 

Valur should be as

 

SR no.    Programe Name

 

1.            Percale

2.            Rebuy

3.            Rollout

BTE PM000030 : IHPATAB_OLD/IHPATAB_NEW empty

Hi,

 

when saving a service order, i try to save same values into a Z-table (for example some partner functions).

So I implemented BTE PM000030 in transaction FIBF.

 

In 99% percent of cases everything is working fine.

But sometimes import tables IHPATAB_OLD/IHPATAB_NEW are empty, so my Z-table is filled with empty values.

 

But when I display the service order in IW33, partner functions are available, so at least IHPATAB_NEW should have been filled.

 

When I open the service order in IW32 and save, so BTE get executed again, then the import tables are filled.

 

Any ideas what the problem could be?

 

I cannot set this function productive, until it's working reliably.

Copy of PR Item custom fields to PO Item custom fields

Hi All,

 

I have implemented a custom screen at item level in PR and PO using screen exits.

 

I am able to see my custom screen in PO However i am not able to see custom data copied from PR item to PO item.

 

Below is the user exits

 

For PO - MM06E005 (EXIT_SAPMM06E_016 & EXIT_SAPMM06E_018 and screen 0111)

 

Please guide me incase if you have worked on copy PR to PO.

sales area of a KUNNR Extended(CMD_EI_API =>MAINTAIN_BAPI) in ECC cannot sent to CRM

Extended the customers in through CMD_EI_API=>MAINTAIN_BAPI to New Sales Areas successfully but, the new sales areas are not replicated back to CRM .

 

Error Message Queue is empty.


All the configs are fine: when thecustomer extension to new sales area are done through the t-code XD01 same sales areas are replicated back to CRM from ECC.



When i do the extension through the class method CMD_EI_API=>MAINTAIN_BAPI, sales areas are not replicated back to CRM.


Example :


  • BP is created and replicated to ECC.
  • Customer which is created in ECC is Extended to Different Sales Areas in ECC through Method Class CMD_EI_API=>MAINTAIN_BAPI
  • Extended sales areas are not replicated back to CRM.This happend only when i extend Kunnr in ECC thorugh Methos class.
  • When i do extention to newsales the new sales area are replicated back to CRM Successfully.

hi all,

i want to add a line (row) to a list uibb. Now, i'm able to fill data in table CT_DATA of the method GET_DATA of the feeder class.

New data are then visible on screen but are not recognized by controls (e.g. fbi_delete or existence check). What table in what method i have to fill to get data consistence? thanks!

Disappearence of Excise INVOICE tab dueto DMS tab on MIGO

Dear Experts,

 

We have been implemented BADI  to get DMS attachment additional tab in header screen of MIGO .  Everything correctly enhanced without any ABAP dumps. MM users complainant as unable to enter Excise header tab due to DMS attachment list tab .

 

Please provide your valuable solution regards to get DMS attachment tab without overlapping 'Excise invoice '

How to create a popup window when hit enter in TX ME51N

Hello experts,

 

I´m too jr. in ABAP world so I need some help in my requirement;

 

Within TX ME51N I created a BADI which when a fill in some specific fields, like MATERIAL, PLANT, STGE_LOC, REPL_QTY and hit enter, a popup window appears and show me a message, but I need to indicate in the popup how many REPL_QT (quantity) left in the STGE_LOC (Storage) and that's it, only as a warning message.

 

The BADI shows me only a message but not the information I need, using the call function 'POPUP_TO_DECIDE_WITH_MESSAGE', but I do not know how to get the field values and displaying them in the popup. I found out in other websites and blogs that 'POPUP_WITH_TABLE_DISPLAY' could be useful but when I want to activated my code error message appears indicating that is useless, so I got confused about it.


Can someone help me? is possible to do that?

F-28 BADI user EXit or BTE

Hi Experts ,

my requirement is as below :

when we run F-28 t code system pull all FI / billing documents and process them , we want system to skip particular invoices having some flag  .

for this we need User exit / BADI to change the data of internal table so that we can influence the invoices selected by system .

Screen Enhancement sap show half

Hi,

 

     I add a tab in the the transaction RECN, my tab strip content 8 tabs and everything work fine but when I go in the transaction RECN to see the result I just see the half of the tab strip and there is enough place to display all of it, see attachment 2014-10-27 09-09-24.

 

     If I change to redimension of the tab strip I see it full screen but there is missing some tab, see attachment 2014-10-27 09-36-28.

 

     I look everywhere and had no clue how to solve it, I just want to see then entire tab strip. Does somebody know what's wrong?

Custom Fields created for Vendor Group not appearing in OBD3

Hi,

 

Our Abaper has created some custom fields for Vendor Account group. Now we want to make the fields, as Optional, Suppress or Display in OBD3, but I am not getting the fields in OBD3.

 

Kindly suggest, what needs to be done for this?

Travel and Expenses-PR05

Hi Experts,


when we select multiple Travel Expense at once in T-code PR05, Trip Destination and Activity Type table is displaying only for the first Travel expense and the table is missing for the rest of the expenses. Moreover, if you choose all the expense one by one, we are getting the table correctly”.



But it is working in ehp 4 but when we upgrade to ehp 6.0 is not working.
